TCF Training and Professional Services provides counter-fraud consultancy, training courses and managed services to the insurance industry. This division has a collective experience of over 70 years in fraud management, customer management and investigations and is therefore well placed to;
Review existing fraud processes and make recommendations to improve their effectiveness and, if required, the customer experience
Develop and implement new counter-fraud approaches
