It’s fair to say that no one organisation could fully prepare for what is seemingly fast becoming a lock-down situation nationwide. However having tested and drilled the need for force majeure and unusual circumstances on a regular basis since our inception many, many years ago, we are FULLY OPERATIONAL and will continue to be so over these testing times. One of the benefits of a rural location gives way to the need of the unexpected. Since Friday 13th our entire operation has been running seamlessly from a remote perspective with no down time on workload capacity and we envisage no change in this whatsoever. Our technical prowess and protection protocols with the inclusion of call recordings and all data protection principles by far exceed what would be deemed acceptable in usual working parameters let alone as we operate in these grave times. Therefore we would like to assure both you and your team that we are here 100% for you to fully rely upon throughout and that our SLA commitments will continue as usual.
